Two special issues of international journals with referees will
be published on this occasion. They contain high quality papers
that best match topics and objectives of the symposium.
All researchers associated to this international conference are
invited to submit their work, regardless of whether or not they
attend.
In this regard, the Organizing Committee expresses its deep thanks
to editors in chief of these prestigious journals who gave us
the opportunity to publish therein, special issues dedicated to
this scientific event.
The selection process will be rigorous to ensure the quality of
publications and thus correspond to the image of the journal.
The International Scientific Committee has a crucial role in the
arbitration and evaluation of papers submitted for publication
in the special issues . Each article will receive two detailed
and conclusive reports for the final recommendations. The invited
editors of the journal reserves the right to make all final decisions.

Articles should be written using the AMS- LaTeX Version 2 which
is in two parts distribution :amscls.zip
and amsmath.zip
and following indications of syle and presentation of the package:

As a first step , a full PDF version of the paper
is requested. Each paper will then be proposed for one of the
two special issues based on discussed topics .
The article will include a maximum of a dozen pages , except for
plenary speakers .
Then accepted papers will be written in final form , according
to the recommended style of the journal (see above) .
